Unique Stories of Cornell Athletics.

Cornell, I yell-yell-yell-Cornell!

The "Cornell Yell" originated at the Intercollegiate Rowing Association Saratoga Regatta of 1875. An estimated 25,000 people saw Cornell defeat twelve other schools in what was hailed as one of the best contested races ever rowed.

I have been collecting early Cornell Athletics memorabilia for 30 years. The Cornell Yell is the inspiration for the name of this website. It symbolizes the passion and spirit behind those early Cornell teams, athletes and fans.
